Mitch has completed his 4 year apprenticeship with Ryan Developments and is continuing to develop his carpentry skill and know how within the organisation. Mitch has a passion for carpentry and is committed to delivering high quality work on every project. One of Mitch’s stand out qualities is his friendly and outgoing personality, he loves a chat with the crew, and has the ability to build strong relationships with his colleagues and clients alike. Whether he is working on a complex renovation or a custom new home, Mitch approaches every job with enthusiasm and a commitment to quality that’s second to none.

Charlie is a 4th year apprentice at Ryan Developments and is well on his way to becoming a highly skilled tradesman. When he’s not on the job, Charlie enjoys playing footy and staying active. His passion for the game translates to his work ethic and attention to detail, and we’re lucky to have him on our team.

As a second year apprentice, Tye is eager to learn and grow his skills in the trade. What’s unique about Tye is that his father, Travis, taught Mat everything he knows about carpentry during his apprenticeship. Its great to see the legacy continue with Tye doing his apprenticeship with Mat. When Tye isn’t hard at work he enjoys riding motorbikes and exploring the outdoors. We’re proud to have Tye on our team and look forward to seeing all that he accomplishes in the future.

Alex is very social and enjoys spending time with his friends, which translates to his ability to work well in a team environment.
